So you’ve heard that e-bikes are fun, easy and efficient? You’ve probably had a look at a few models online and maybe even read through our buyers guide<\/a> but there’s nothing like trying it out for yourself! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The good news is… your local Halfords store can offer you a 30-minute or in some cases a 6-hour e-bike trial, so you can have a true electric bike experience before committing to a purchase. It’s the perfect opportunity for you to discover the benefits of a battery-powered bike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

30 Minute Demo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Simply pop into your local Halfords store<\/a> and find an e-bike that suits your lifestyle needs. Once you’ve found your perfect bike, speak to one of the experts in store, who will talk you through how to use an electric bike and some of the great features. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you’re ready to go simply pop on your safety gear and take one of the range for a spin around your local bike store. No need to book ahead, although stock levels can vary so it might be worth calling ahead if you have a specific bike in mind! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 Hour Bike Trial <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

30 minutes might not be quite long enough for you to make up your mind, therefore, in some stores a 6-hour e-bike trial is available. You can book your e-bike trial online here<\/a>. Through the Halfords website you can search for the bike you would like to try and book a suitable day for your trial. On the day of your trial, you\u2019ll need to take 2 forms of ID along with you (one with a photo) and also pay a \u00a3101 refundable deposit. A member of the Halfords team will help resize the bike before you get on your way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
